ARDMORE CONSTRUCTION, STRATFORD HIGH ST TOWER
Providing 704 homes, the scheme includes five new residential blocks, one of which, at over 132 metres, will be one of the highest residential towers in London.

The redevelopment will provide a mix of flexible commercial space, community facilities plus associated car and cycle parking, landscaped public, communal and private amenity space and a new landscaped riverside walkway.

UBS are supplying a twin mid speed hoist to the main tower as the main access for all personnel and materials for this project now dominating the Stratford skyline. The location and sequencing of the hoist installation took 6 months of planning with Ardmore, the main contractor, to ensure the hoisting scheme was commercially and operationally the best scheme available.
