Pioneer Point

London and Regent Construction – Pioneer Point
Pioneer Point is an iconic landmark in the Illford Neighbourhood of London. It comprises of two towers. The north tower is 105m tall with 33 floors and the south tower is 82m tall with 25 floors. It is a mixed use scheme completed in October 2012, amounting to approximately one third of a million square foot development.

The scheme achieved active backing of the Mayor of London’s Office, the GLA Urban Design Office, Transport for London and the Deputy Prime Ministers Office, which later caused the East London Transit Link proposals to be brought forward.

UBS supplied the north tower with a single passenger materials hoist, and the south tower with another single passenger materials hoist.
